Cyborg bees. Can we still trust the buzz?

Join our Trading Community on Telegram

?Chinese scientists have turned regular bees into flying scouts: now they can be remotely controlled, just like drones.
A microchip attached to the insect’s back influences its flight via the nervous system.

Next-gen biodrones are here.

What does it mean:

  • The bee flies where the operator commands.
  • The chip is so light, the little buzz-machine doesn’t even notice it.
  • Sensors, thermal cameras, and optics can be attached.
  • Applications: military, rescue missions, and environmental monitoring.

⚠️ But…While some are amazed by the tech, others ask:
Where’s the line between innovation and manipulation of life?

We used to fear bees disappearing.
Now we fear they’re too smart and working for someone else.
