? The most expensive oil: barrel prices in July 2025

Continuing the topic that sparked keen interest among readers after our previous publication, let’s look at the current most expensive oil or how much a barrel costs in July 2025.

As of July 29, 2025:

  • Brent – $70,05 per barrel
  • WTI– $66,99 per barrel
  • Urals (Russian) – $65.21 per barrel (according to Trading Economics)

Several factors influence the current price stability:

  • the trade agreement between the US and the EU;
  • cautious but ongoing negotiations between the US and China.

These geopolitical signals curb sharp fluctuations and create a temporary equilibrium zone.

? Conclusion:
The oil market remains dependent on diplomacy and global expectations. Brent confidently holds above $70, American WTI is slightly cheaper, and Russian Urals traditionally trades at a discount.

No sharp jumps yet – and that’s already a reason to breathe out… until the next news.
