SpaceX is moving. Suspicious!

SpaceX has transferred 1,308 BTC (~$153 million) to an unknown wallet for the first time in 3 years.

🕑 According to analysts at Arkham Intelligence, Elon Musk’s SpaceX completed its first on-chain transaction in three years – at the end of June, it transferred 1,308 BTC (~$153 million) to an unknown wallet.

  • The last major activity on the SpaceX wallet was in June 2022, when the company sent over 3,500 BTC ($102 million) to Coinbase.

Currently, SpaceX holds around 6,977 BTC ($818 million), making it one of the largest institutional holders of

Why it matters:

  • Rare move: the wallet has been nearly inactive for 3 years. Just a ~$29 “test” transaction occurred before the large transfer.
  • Unclear motivation: this might be:
    • storage reorganization (moving to cold wallet);
    • preparation for an OTC deal;
    • infrastructure upgrades.
  • Institutional signal: despite market uncertainty, SpaceX still holds a large BTC reserve (~$818 million).

📌 What’s next?
It’s likely a technical move. But if asset withdrawals begin, this could become a signal that affects the BTC market.
