The new item is part of the Mauritshuis museum collection in The Hague, dedicated to masterpieces of Dutch art. The design is inspired by Jan Vermeer’s legendary painting, Girl with a Pearl Earring.
The case is made from soft, silky fabric with a pleated pattern that perfectly mimics the heroine’s headscarf.
